Getting Adults to Use Online Tools

is like getting me to do school work.
If you tell them they're supposed to and give them a set time to do so where they can't really do much else because you're in the room sitting on them, they might. But if they're not interested, they're not sure what they're supposed to do, or their level of comfort with whatever it is is not at peak, they're not going to do it.
